XINFO software has its own invoicing module that can be used to create standard invoices for completed work.
XINFO’s Invoicing module allows for single or multiple invoices to be created for a single job. Invoice item amounts can be preset therefore enabling charging of clients to be consistent, along with the ability to create template invoices for repeat customers.
The invoices produced can be set to have all of your relevant business information such as payment terms, along with your company logo.
Payments can also be processed against the invoice.
Specific invoice reports to manage the invoice process are provided along with further finalncial reports to assist in the business decision making.
All invoices raised in XINFO software can be exported to MYOB, XERO and QuickBooks.
Exporting invoices to MYOB / XERO / QuickBooks reduces the duplication of accounting work as staff working on the job can charge accordingly and therefore the reliance on the accounts person to complete is reduced.
