Product overview

The structure of XINFO software is built on the concept of a base product and various module that you select to purchase. We do this in order to allow you to select the functionality that suits your business.

Each time a staff member accesses a job and modifies any information on that job, including letters, reports, etc, the system captures the changes and shows them on the history screen.

Each action is logged identifying the staff members name and date the action was performed. This is a benefit for reducing business risk and can be incorporated into your risk management strategies.
